Very disorganized, no courtesy at all when it comes to just showing up to a person's home without their prior knowledge of you coming. Repeatedly asked for a time that they were coming and I got a call at 12:36 from someone who was SITTING AT MY HOUSE!! They wanted to come exterminate same day when I repeatedly asked for ADVANCED notice. Never got that so when we opted to go with someone else we noticed very shady practices by this business (Bugg Busters) trying to tell us that the person we were looking to have come out was going to be back to work for them the following week.
